Key Responsibilities of the Accounts Receivable Specialist- Process daily cash applications and manually apply payments in the system as the Accounts Receivable Specialist
- Manage monthly charges, review aging balances, and support routine AR reporting as the Accounts Receivable Specialist
- Research, identify, and resolve payment discrepancies and assist with potential refund processing as the Accounts Receivable Specialist
- Perform administrative tasks related to receivables and maintain accurate customer account records as the Accounts Receivable Specialist
- Support system transitions and AR workflow improvements within Business Central and related platforms as the Accounts Receivable Specialist
- 2+ years of experience in administrative, accounting support, or AR‑related roles
- Experience with Microsoft Business Central;
Versa Pay exposure preferred - Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy
