Compensation: $24.00/hour

Key Responsibilities of the Junior Accountant :
As a Junior Accountant, you’ll support financial operations across hundreds of locations and gain valuable experience in:
- Communicating professionally with landlords—both written and verbal
- Reviewing leases and contracts to track recurring costs, remittances, and property ownership
- Managing high-volume accounts (300–400 locations)
- Reconciling payments in the general ledger
- Handling AR and expense entries to ensure accurate P&L reporting
- Performing mid-month comparisons and analysis
- Supporting journal entries and documentation review as a Junior Accountant
Preferred Qualifications for the Junior Accountant Role:
To succeed as a Junior Accountant, you should bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2+ years of accounting experience
- Proficiency in Excel (including VLOOKUPs)
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
