This Staff Accountant role is ideal for someone who wants to expand beyond traditional accounting and gain real operational exposure.

• Perform full-cycle accounting including journal entries, accruals, and month-end close

• Own balance sheet reconciliations and ensure accuracy across accounts

• Support job costing, project accounting, and related reconciliations

• Assist with inventory tracking, counts, and periodic plant visits

• Partner with operations and clerical staff to ensure accurate financial data

• Identify process gaps and support improvements across accounting workflows

• Assist with reporting, audits, and ad hoc financial analysis

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required

• 3–5+ years of accounting experience

• Strong foundation in GAAP, reconciliations, and month-end close

• Exposure to construction, manufacturing, or inventory accounting preferred

• Experience with job costing or project-based accounting a plus

• Hands-on, adaptable mindset with willingness to work in operational environments

• Onsite role with occasional plant visits

• Hands-on, fast-paced environment with evolving processes

• Collaborative team with direct leadership exposure
