Salary: $60,000 – $70,000

Key Responsibilities

Perform full-cycle accounting, including journal entries, accrals, and month-end close
Own and maintain balance sheet reconciliations with a focus on accuracy and completeness
Support job costing and project accounting, including related reconciliations
Assist with inventory tracking, cycle counts, and periodic plant visits
Partner with operations and administrative teams to ensure accurate financial data
Identify process gaps and help implement improvements across accounting workflows
Assist with financial reporting, audits, and ad hoc analysis

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required)
3–5+ years of relevant accounting experience
Strong understanding of GAAP, reconciliations, and month-end close processes
Experience in construction, manufacturing, or inventory accounting preferred
Exposure to job costing or project-based accounting is a plus
Hands-on, adaptable mindset with a willingness to engage in operational environments

Work Environment

Fully onsite in Orlando, FL
Occasional visits to plant/operational facilities
Fast-paced, evolving environment with strong collaboration
