Location: Orlando, FL (Onsite)
Salary: $60,000 – $70,000

This newly created Staff Accountant role is a direct result of company growth and increased operational demand. You’ll join a dynamic, multi-entity organization operating across both construction and manufacturing, offering a unique opportunity to gain hands-on exposure beyond traditional accounting.

This is more than a typical Staff Accountant position—you’ll play a key role in operational accounting, working closely with leadership while touching everything from inventory to job costing and process improvement.

• Perform full-cycle accounting, including journal entries, accrals, and month-end close
• Own and maintain balance sheet reconciliations with a focus on accuracy and completeness
• Support job costing and project accounting, including related reconciliations
• Assist with inventory tracking, cycle counts, and periodic plant visits
• Partner with operations and administrative teams to ensure accurate financial data
• Identify process gaps and help implement improvements across accounting workflows
• Assist with financial reporting, audits, and ad hoc analysis

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required)
• 3–5+ years of relevant accounting experience
• Strong understanding of GAAP, reconciliations, and month-end close processes
• Experience in construction, manufacturing, or inventory accounting preferred
• Exposure to job costing or project-based accounting is a plus
• Hands-on, adaptable mindset with a willingness to engage in operational environments

• Fully onsite in Orlando, FL
• Occasional visits to plant/operational facilities
