Responsibilities
* Process all payments
* Post and process cash receipts, ACH, and check payments daily
* Review and monitor accounts receivable balances/aging
* Respond to management's billing questions
* Prepare bank deposits
* Reconcile accounts
Experience
* Minimum of 2 years of accounts receivable experience required
Education
* Associate degree in Accounting a plus
Knowledge/Skills
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)
* Working knowledge of accounting software/ERP required
* Must be adaptable, customer service focused, detail & results-oriented
* Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
Work Hours/Pay Rate
* Monday-Friday - 40 hours per week
* $22-24/hr.
