6-Month Contract | 30–40 hrs/week | Potential to Convert
Systems Accountants is partnering with a high-volume professional services firm to place an interim, hands‑on Accounting Director (with the potential to convert to full‑time) to support day‑to‑day accounting and team operations. This is a great opportunity for a strong Senior Accountant or Accounting Manager ready to step up into a leadership role.
The company has grown from a startup to a 1k+ employee business while maintaining a collaborative, non‑corporate culture.
Responsibilities- Oversee a small team (3 accountants + support staff)
- Partner with billing/AR leadership and support accounting operations
- Assist with reporting, clean‑up, and process improvements
- Support ongoing Net Suite implementation
- Strong knowledge of accounting fundamentals with a willingness to learn and step up
- Professional services industry experience preferred
