A growing healthcare organization is seeking a Senior Accountant to support their accounting team during a transition period, with potential for long-term conversion. This role will work closely with leadership and assist with month-end close, financial reporting, reconciliations, and budgeting activities.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and post journal entries
- Perform account reconciliations and variance analysis
- Support month-end and year-end close processes
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Participate in audit preparation and financial statement support
- Analyze expenses and provide reporting insights to leadership
- 5+ years of GL accounting experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Healthcare accounting experience REQUIRED
