The Accounting Coordinator will play a key role in supporting day-to-day accounting functions and ensuring smooth financial operations.
Key Responsibilities of the Accounting Coordinator
- Manage and reconcile credit card and ACH transactions, ensuring proper documentation and accuracy as the Accounting Coordinator
- Process vendor payments and expense reports while maintaining organized and compliant financial records as the Accounting Coordinator
- Act as a primary point of contact for vendors, including onboarding and managing payment workflows as the Accounting Coordinator
- Partner with internal departments and treasury teams to support seamless financial operations as the Accounting Coordinator
- Assist with month-end close activities, including accruals and bill payment tracking, as the Accounting Coordinator
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- At least 3 years of experience in accounting support, coordination, or reconciliations
- Intermediate Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables, with the ability to manage high-volume work
