Key Responsibilities of the Accounting Coordinator
- Manage and reconcile credit card and ACH activity, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation as the Accounting Coordinator
- Process vendor payments and expense reports while maintaining organized and compliant records as the Accounting Coordinator
- Serve as a primary point of contact for vendors, supporting onboarding and payment workflow management as the Accounting Coordinator
- Collaborate with internal teams and treasury to ensure smooth financial operations as the Accounting Coordinator
- Participate in month-end close processes, including accruals and bill payment management, as the Accounting Coordinator
- 3+ years of accounting support, coordination, or reconciliation experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables) with the ability to work in a high-volume environment
