A respected Central Florida organization is seeking an Accountant to join its growing finance team. The Accountant will play a key role supporting core accounting functions, including financial reporting, reconciliations, and month‑end close. • Prepare journal entries and assist with month‑end close activities to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
• Complete account reconciliations, including balance sheet reviews and resolving discrepancies
• Maintain accuracy within the general ledger and ensure integrity of financial records
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis efforts
• Assist with reporting requirements and collaborate with leadership to maintain compliance and accuracy
• Contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency within the accounting function

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience, including general ledger and reconciliations
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
• Previous industry experience is a plus but not required
