Salary: $110,000 – $130,000 Hybrid (Orlando, FL)

• Lead month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close processes for timeshare and HOA accounting
• Oversee financial reporting, reconciliations, accruals, and general ledger activity
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for assigned business units
• Review and analyze financial statements and supporting documentation
• Partner with operational leaders to deliver financial insights and strategic recommendations
• Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring timely and accurate responses
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and controls
• Mentor, coach, and develop accounting staff to build a high‑performing team

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong experience in timeshare and HOA accounting (required)
• Proven leadership or management experience
• Hands‑on experience with month‑end close and financial statement preparation
