Accounts Payable Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist I to join a fast-paced finance team supporting day-to-day transactional accounting operations. This is an entry-level opportunity designed for someone with 0–2 years of experience in accounts payable, administrative support, or data entry who is motivated to build a long-term career in accounting and finance.

The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a structured environment where accuracy and timeliness are critical.

• Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, invoices, and related documentation
• Accurately input vendor invoices into the accounting system in a timely manner
• Assist with basic vendor inquiries via phone and email communication
• Support the AP team with reconciliations, document filing, and general administrative tasks
• Perform routine data tracking and entry using Excel spreadsheets
• Help ensure invoices are processed efficiently while following internal controls and company policies
• Collaborate with team members to maintain organized and up-to-date financial records

• 0–2 years of experience in accounts payable, office administration, or data entry roles
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in repetitive tasks
• Effective communication skills for interacting with vendors and internal departments
• Ability to follow established procedures and work within a structured workflow environment
• Eagerness to learn accounting processes and grow within a finance function
