Tax Manager – Client Advisory (High Net Worth, Private Business)

We are a well‑known accounting, tax, and advisory firm in Orlando, FL. Our firm serves local businesses and high‑net‑worth individuals with tax and advisory services. This role offers the opportunity to lead, advise clients, and perform tax review work for regionally based businesses.

Position Summary and Duties:

• Work independently and with management to serve an assigned group of clients across multiple industries.
• Advise clients on tax issues, planning, research, and compliance.
• Prepare and review tax returns for entities including C‑Corps, S‑Corps, partnerships, and trusts.
• Collaborate with key clients on business advisory and tax decisions.
• Supervise and train junior tax personnel.
• Assist with local business events and networking.

Role Requirements:

• 4–7 years of tax preparation and review experience with various entities.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting (or equivalent); master's degree in tax or accounting preferred.
• CPA not required but highly appreciated; CPA‑eligible candidates or those preparing for the exam are ideal.
• Strong tax, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a deadline‑driven environment.

Pay and Benefits:

• Salary $125,000–$165,000 per year (flexible with experience).
