Financial Reporting Manager
Salary
: $130,000 – $150,000 Base + Bonus

- Be a key player in building best practices, standardizing processes, and driving scalability across the organization

- Lead preparation and review of consolidated monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements under U.S. GAAP
Own audited financial statement disclosures, including complex areas such as revenue recognition, leases, business combinations, and consolidations
Serve as the primary liaison with external auditors
, managing audit timelines, requests, and communications
Research and document technical accounting issues
, preparing accounting memos for complex transactions
Partner cross‑functionally with global teams to standardize close processes and accounting policies
Drive consistency in intercompany accounting and reporting practices across multiple entities and regions
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting;
CPA strongly preferred - Progressive experience in financial reporting, technical accounting, audit, or corporate accounting
- Strong expertise in U.S. GAAP
, including ASC 606, ASC 842, ASC 805, ASC 810, and other complex standards - Experience with multi‑entity and/or multinational consolidations
- Proven success working directly with external auditors and managing audit processes
- Ability to operate in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment with strong attention to detail
