Bookkeeper/ Accounting Clerk, Financial Reporting
Salary: $60,000 – $85,000

Must currently reside in or be within commuting distance of the Greater Orlando area.

Key Responsibilities of the Bookkeeper- Perform full-cycle bookkeeping including journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close
- Maintain financial records across multiple business entities while ensuring accuracy and organization
- Process and reconcile intercompany transactions
- Prepare financial reports, schedules, and supporting documentation for leadership
- Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and cash management activities
- Maintain Quick Books and Excel-based financial reporting systems
- Support executive leadership with scheduling, project coordination, and administrative priorities
- Assist with financial activities related to real estate holdings, investments, and other business interests
- Support charitable foundation and philanthropic accounting activities
- Participate in process improvements and help streamline financial operations
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- 5+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping or accounting experience required
- Experience managing accounting for multiple entities strongly preferred
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required
- Experience with Quick Books or similar accounting software required
- Experience supporting executives, business owners, or family office operations is a plus
- Strong understanding of account reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements
