Salary: $80,000 – $85,000
Location: Orlando, FL (Hybrid)

Core Responsibilities

Support month-end close, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations
Maintain prepaid schedules, allocations, and recurring entries
Perform balance sheet reconciliations and investigate variances
Assist with financial reporting and general ledger activity
Partner with internal teams on proper coding and accounting treatment
Prepare payroll-related journal entries and support payroll accounting
Respond to internal and external accounting inquiries
Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance efficiency

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred
5–7 years of accounting experience
Strong experience with month-end close and general ledger accounting
Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs)
Oracle experience preferred
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team
