Manager, Financial Reporting

Compensation: $130,000 – $150,000 + 30% Bonus + Potential Sign-On

The Manager of Financial Reporting will support complex, multi-entity operations while partnering closely with leadership to strengthen reporting accuracy, consistency, and scalability.

Core Responsibilities
  • Lead consolidated monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting under U.S. GAAP
  • Prepare and review financial statement disclosures, including revenue (ASC 606), leases (ASC 842), business combinations (ASC 805), and consolidations (ASC 810)
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors, coordinating audit requests and deliverables
  • Research technical accounting issues and prepare accounting memorandums
  • Partner with accounting teams across entities to standardize close processes and accounting policies
  • Support process improvements across reporting, consolidations, and intercompany accounting
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
  • CPA strongly preferred
  • Progressive experience in financial reporting, audit, or technical accounting
  • Experience preparing consolidated financial statements in a multi-entity environment
  • Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and complex accounting standards (ASC 606, 842, 805, 810)
  • Experience working directly with external auditors
