Salary: $80,000 – $95,000 + 20% Bonus
Location:
Orlando, FL (Hybrid)
Must currently reside in or be within commuting distance of the Greater Orlando area.

The Senior Accountant will work closely with accounting leadership and gain exposure to technical accounting, international operations, and external reporting initiatives.

This role is ideal for an accountant who enjoys month-end close, reconciliations, financial reporting, and solving complex accounting issues in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities of the Senior Accountant- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes across multiple entities
- Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules
- Assist with consolidated financial reporting and intercompany accounting activities
- Support preparation of financial statements and external reporting packages
- Assist with technical accounting research and implementation of accounting policies
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with US GAAP
- Support external audits by preparing schedules, work papers, and audit requests
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reporting accuracy
- Assist with special projects, acquisitions, and strategic accounting initiatives as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
- CPA or CPA-track strongly preferred
- 3–6 years of progressive accounting experience
- Public accounting experience strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of US GAAP and financial statement preparation
- Experience with month-end close, account reconciliations, and financial reporting required
- Experience working in multi-entity environments preferred
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required
- Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools preferred
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements
