We are a respected and client-focused public accounting firm in the heart of Orlando, is seeking a Tax Senior to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities -Prepare and review complex individual, corporate, partnership, and trust tax returns
-Manage engagements and serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
-Conduct tax research and provide recommendations on complex tax matters
-Assist with tax planning and advisory projects throughout the year
-Review work of staff accountants and provide mentoring, training, and guidance
-Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations
-Contribute to process improvements and workflow efficiencies within the tax department

Qualifications -Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
-CPA or progress toward CPA strongly preferred
-4+ years of recent public accounting tax experience
-Solid understanding of federal and state tax laws
-Proficiency in tax software and MS Excel
-Strong communication skills and a client-service mindset
-Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work both independently and collaboratively
