Senior Accountant

The ideal candidate brings prior experience in PE-backed or high-growth healthcare organizations
, ideally within multi-provider, specialty, or physician group settings
, and is comfortable working in environments where processes and systems are actively evolving.

• Support month‑end and periodic close processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, including journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations
• Assist with financial statement preparation, variance analysis, and reporting packages
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities in partnership with finance leadership
• Contribute to audit preparation and assist with both internal and external audit requests
• Analyze expense and revenue variances and provide insight to management
• Assist across AP, AR, payroll, and billing functions as needed in a lean team environment
• Help ensure data integrity and consistency within financial systems and reporting tools

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Strong general ledger and month‑end close experience
• Hands‑on experience working in healthcare accounting environments is required
• Exposure to PE-backed, high-growth, or operationally complex organizations strongly preferred
• Experience with ERP systems (Net Suite strongly preferred)
• Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and reconciliations
