The Senior Accounts Payable Specialist will take ownership of high‑volume invoice processing, vendor management, and compliance while supporting leadership with process improvements and reporting accuracy.

• Process high‑volume invoices (500–700 weekly) across multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness as the Senior Accounts Payable Specialist
• Lead vendor payment runs and maintain proper documentation for all disbursements as the Senior Accounts Payable Specialist
• Perform detailed vendor reconciliations, resolve discrepancies, and maintain clean, accurate AP ledgers as the Senior Accounts Payable Specialist
• Manage vendor onboarding, maintain W‑9 documentation, and oversee 1099 reporting compliance as the Senior Accounts Payable Specialist
• Serve as a primary point of contact for vendors and support internal teams while mentoring junior staff and improving AP processes as the Senior Accounts Payable Specialist

• 4+ years of full‑cycle accounts payable experience in a high‑volume, multi‑entity environment
• Strong knowledge of W‑9 and 1099 compliance requirements
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs); experience with Sampro, AS400, or similar systems preferred

• Stable, established organization with a strong industry reputation
