As the Accounts Payable Supervisor, you'll oversee daily AP operations in a high-volume, multi-entity environment while serving as the primary resource for escalations, process improvement initiatives, and team support. This is more than a processing role—the Accounts Payable Supervisor will help drive accountability, improve efficiencies, and ensure the department operates at a high level.

Key Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Supervisor- Lead day-to-day accounts payable operations, including workload delegation, quality review, and oversight of team performance as the Accounts Payable Supervisor
- Manage high-volume, multi-entity AP processing, including vendor payments, invoice approvals, reconciliations, and compliance documentation as the Accounts Payable Supervisor
- Serve as the primary point of contact for AP escalations, vendor issues, and procure-to-pay troubleshooting as the Accounts Payable Supervisor
- Maintain and analyze key departmental trackers, dashboards, aging reports, utilities schedules, rent schedules, and vendor reporting as the Accounts Payable Supervisor
- Partner with finance leadership to improve processes, strengthen controls, and support month-end close activities while assisting with hands-on AP work as needed as the Accounts Payable Supervisor
- 2+ years of full-cycle accounts payable experience, including vendor reconciliations, W-9 administration, and 1099 reporting
- 2 + years of prior leadership, supervisory, or lead experience within an accounts payable environment
- Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, XLOOKUPs, and INDEX MATCH functions
