Senior Property Accountant
Location: Orlando, FL (Onsite)
Compensation: $75,000 – $85,000 + 10% Bonus
A well-established real estate investment and management firm is seeking a Senior Property Accountant to join its growing team. The organization owns and operates a diverse portfolio of multifamily and commercial properties across multiple states.
This role will support accounting operations across multiple entities, with a focus on financial reporting, month-end close, and consolidations. It offers strong visibility, exposure to leadership, and the opportunity to grow within a stable, team-oriented environment.

- Prepare and review financial statements for multiple entities and partnerships
- Record and reconcile intercompany transactions and eliminations
- Support month-end close, including journal entries and account reconciliations
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis
- Assist with budgeting and financial performance tracking
- Complete monthly bank reconciliations and ensure accurate reporting
- Review expenses for accuracy and alignment with budgets
- Support annual audit processes and prepare supporting documentation
- Maintain accounting procedures and ensure adherence to internal controls
- Assist with process improvements and system enhancements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1.5–3 years of accounting experience (Staff or Property Accountant preferred)
- Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and core accounting principles
- Experience with ERP/accounting systems (Yardi preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
