Key Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Clerk- Verify and approve vouchers for payment while ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
- Prepare deduction notices, communicate with vendors to resolve discrepancies, and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Process accounts payable checks, maintain organized AP files, and generate AP reports.
- Assist in preparing and analyzing accounts, offering insights to support financial decisions.l
- Support the monthly close process for accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- 2+ years of customer service experience.
- A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration is required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate professionally and collaboratively.
