Senior Accountant

Salary: $80,000 – $95,000 + 20% Bonus
Location: Orlando, FL (Hybrid)
Must reside in or be within commuting distance of the Greater Orlando area

This is an opportunity to join a growing, global organization in a highly visible accounting role supporting consolidated financial reporting and month-end close across multiple entities. The Senior Accountant will work closely with accounting leadership while gaining exposure to technical accounting, international operations, and external reporting.

This role offers a strong mix of traditional accounting responsibilities and exposure to more complex, technical areas.

• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules
• Assist with consolidated reporting and intercompany accounting
• Support financial statement preparation and reporting packages
• Assist with technical accounting research and policy implementation
• Partner with internal teams to ensure accurate reporting under US GAAP
• Support audit requests, including schedules and work papers
• Participate in process improvements and reporting enhancements
• Assist with special projects and accounting initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
• CPA or CPA-track strongly preferred
• 3–6 years of accounting experience
• Public accounting experience strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and financial statements
• Experience with close processes and reconciliations required
• Multi-entity experience preferred
• Advanced Excel skills
• ERP system experience preferred
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
