Senior Accountant
Salary: $80,000 – $95,000 + 20% Bonus
Location: Orlando, FL (Hybrid)
Must reside in or be within commuting distance of the Greater Orlando area
This is an opportunity to join a growing, global organization in a highly visible accounting role supporting consolidated financial reporting and month-end close across multiple entities. The Senior Accountant will work closely with accounting leadership while gaining exposure to technical accounting, international operations, and external reporting.
This role offers a strong mix of traditional accounting responsibilities and exposure to more complex, technical areas.

- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
- Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules
- Assist with consolidated reporting and intercompany accounting
- Support financial statement preparation and reporting packages
- Assist with technical accounting research and policy implementation
- Partner with internal teams to ensure accurate reporting under US GAAP
- Support audit requests, including schedules and work papers
- Participate in process improvements and reporting enhancements
- Assist with special projects and accounting initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
- CPA or CPA-track strongly preferred
- 3–6 years of accounting experience
- Public accounting experience strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of US GAAP and financial statements
- Experience with close processes and reconciliations required
- Multi-entity experience preferred
- Advanced Excel skills
- ERP system experience preferred
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
