The Accounts Receivable Specialist plays a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting cash flow, and strengthening client relationships. - Manage collections activity, following up on outstanding balances while maintaining strong client relationships
- Post accounts receivable transactions and maintain accurate customer ledgers
- Process cash applications and reconcile account statements to ensure accuracy
- Respond to billing inquiries, investigate discrepancies, and resolve issues
- Support the month‑end close, reporting, and compliance with internal accounting controls
- 2–3 years of accounts receivable experience or similar accounting role
- Strong Excel skills with high attention to detail and data accuracy
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently; construction industry exposure is a plus
