• Manage collections activity, following up on outstanding balances while maintaining strong client relationships
• Post accounts receivable transactions and maintain accurate customer ledgers
• Process cash applications and reconcile account statements to ensure accuracy
• Respond to billing inquiries, investigate discrepancies, and resolve issues
• Support the month‑end close, reporting, and compliance with internal accounting controls

• 2–3 years of accounts receivable experience or similar accounting role
• Strong Excel skills with high attention to detail and data accuracy
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently; construction industry exposure is a plus
