Compensation: $20.00–$21.50/hour

Key Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Processor- Process purchase order‑backed invoices accurately and in a timely manner through Oracle AP and Coupa systems as the Accounts Payable Processor
- Research and resolve vendor statement discrepancies, invoice issues, and internal inquiries while serving as a resource for stakeholders as the Accounts Payable Processor
- Prepare journal entries, support month‑end accruals, and complete assigned general ledger reconciliations as the Accounts Payable Processor
- Support audits by retrieving documentation and maintaining accurate records within the imaging and document management systems as the Accounts Payable Processor
- Identify process improvement opportunities, assist team members during peak periods, and provide support to new hires as the Accounts Payable Processor
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field required
- 1+ year of accounting, accounts payable, or office administration experience
- Strong Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Office skills; experience with Oracle, Coupa, or similar ERP systems preferred
- Entry into a growing accounting and finance organization with advancement opportunities
