Accounting Processor
Pay: $22.00–$25.00/hour
Location: Orlando, FL | Fully Onsite

As an Accounting Processor, you'll gain valuable exposure to fixed asset accounting, capitalization, depreciation, and project accounting while supporting restaurant operations, remodels, and expansion initiatives. The Accounting Processor works closely with Accounting, Operations, and Finance teams, providing visibility into large‑scale business operations and capital investments.

Key Responsibilities of the Accounting Processor- Review, process, and record fixed asset activity related to existing restaurant locations, remodels, and capital improvement projects as the Accounting Processor
- Apply capitalization policies by reviewing invoices, construction documents, and project expenditures as the Accounting Processor
- Process asset retirements, maintain fixed asset records, and ensure accurate accounting treatment as the Accounting Processor
- Review, repair, and maintenance expenses to identify capitalization opportunities and support monthly financial reporting as the Accounting Processor
- Prepare depreciation accruals, journal entries, supporting schedules, and documentation while assisting with special projects as the Accounting Processor
- 3+ years of accounting experience or 1+ year of analytical accounting, reconciliation, or fixed asset accounting experience
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred
- Strong Excel skills with knowledge of accounting principles, journal entries, and ERP systems such as Oracle or similar platforms
- Exposure to fixed assets, capitalization, depreciation, and project accounting
