Pay: $20.00–$22.00/hour

Location: Orlando, FL | Fully Onsite

This Accountant opportunity is designed for recent graduates and early‑career accounting professionals looking to build a strong foundation with a respected firm that has served clients nationwide for more than 40 years. The company is known for developing talent, providing hands‑on training, and giving junior professionals direct exposure to firm leadership.

As an Accountant, you'll work directly with experienced professionals and gain exposure to auditing, tax preparation, financial reporting, and client consulting. Unlike many entry‑level positions, the Accountant will have the opportunity to contribute to real client engagements and develop practical accounting skills from day one.

• Assist with financial audits, tax return preparation, and client accounting projects
• Prepare financial statements, reconciliations, and supporting schedules
• Support financial reporting, analysis, and client service initiatives
• Utilize Excel and accounting systems to analyze data and maintain accurate financial records
• Partner with firm leadership and participate in client engagements and special projects

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Internship experience or 1+ year of accounting, finance, or bookkeeping experience preferred
• Strong Excel skills, analytical abilities, and desire to learn in a fast‑paced environment
