Compensation: $90,000 - $100,000 + Bonus + Equity

Location: Orlando, FL Onsite

Must be based in or within commuting distance of the Greater Orlando area.

As the Cost Accountant, you'll partner closely with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing leadership to provide meaningful cost analysis and help drive operational efficiencies.

• Maintain and analyze standard costing, inventory valuation, and product costing across manufacturing operations
• Prepare monthly inventory reconciliations, cost analyses, and journal entries
• Support month‑end close activities related to inventory, manufacturing costs, and cost of goods sold
• Analyze manufacturing variances, labor, material, and overhead costs while providing actionable recommendations
• Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, and Production teams to improve cost visibility and operational performance
• Assist with annual standard cost updates, budgeting, and forecasting activities
• Support inventory cycle counts, physical inventories, and audit requirements
• Evaluate manufacturing processes and recommend cost‑saving opportunities and process improvements
• Prepare financial reports and ad‑hoc analysis for leadership

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
• 3-5 years of cost accounting experience within a manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of standard costing, inventory accounting, and cost of goods sold
• Experience supporting month‑end close, inventory reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required
• Experience working with ERP systems in a manufacturing environment
• CPA or CMA preferred, but not required
• Medical device or highly regulated manufacturing experience is a plus
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements
