Maintain reconciliation reports and investigate/resolution of invoice or payment discrepancies;
Monitor invoice aging and ensure timely processing of outstanding items;
Communicate with stores regarding shipment receipts and reconciliation-related matters while providing excellent customer service;
Meet reconciliation deadlines and maintain accuracy in all financial transactions
