Client Services Coordinator

Our firm is thriving and we seek a highly motivated Client Services Coordinator for our growing Orlando, FL, office. The Client Services Coordinator supports our teams by providing bookkeeping and accounting services to our clients.

Primary duties include maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations. Performs data entry, copies client records, organizes data files and completes forms.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assists with and is responsible for multiple clients' accounting and bookkeeping needs.
  • Assists with setting-up Quick Books. May answer questions from clients regarding navigating and using the software.
  • Communicates with clients on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis; travels to client offices.
  • Participates in month-end/quarter-end and year-end closing.
  • Posts and reconciles the general ledger.
  • Prepares payroll and remits payroll taxes both manually and through software applications.
  • Prepares property tax returns as well as Form 1096 and 1099s.
  • Conducts bank reconciliations.
  • Records fixed assets and depreciation.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What you bring to the role:

  • High School Diploma
  • 1+ Experience in a bookkeeping environment (debits and credits, bank reconciliations, compilations, payroll, etc.)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, especially Excel.
  • Experience in setting up Quick Books Desktop and Quick Books Online.
  • Strong client service with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Developing project management, analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
