Senior Accountant

Key Responsibilities for the Senior Accountant:
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities
- Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting packages
- Monitor and track revenue activity while ensuring accurate financial reporting
- Manage invoicing, receivables, and payment reconciliation processes
- Analyze general ledger activity and investigate discrepancies as needed
- Partner with operational teams to support financial tracking and reporting initiatives
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, audits, and special projects
- Identify opportunities for automation, process improvements, and enhanced internal controls
Qualifications for the Senior Accountant:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles
- Experience with month-end close, reconciliations, and general ledger accounting
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with accounting systems/ERP platforms
