As a Sales & Use Tax Consultant, you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting multi-state tax compliance within a large-scale organization. The Sales & Use Tax Consultant will work closely with accounting, licensing, and operational teams while developing expertise in sales tax filings, tax research, compliance reporting, and corporate accounting processes.

• Prepare and electronically file monthly sales and use tax returns as the Sales & Use Tax Consultant
• Review tax notices, communicate with taxing authorities, and assist with notice resolution as the Sales & Use Tax Consultant
• Prepare monthly journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting tax work papers as the Sales & Use Tax Consultant
• Support licensing and compliance inquiries while maintaining accurate tax records and documentation as the Sales & Use Tax Consultant
• Monitor the tax inbox and assist with tax-related projects, process improvements, and compliance initiatives as the Sales & Use Tax Consultant

• 1+ year of tax, accounting, or public accounting experience; sales and use tax experience preferred
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills with strong attention to detail
