WHAT YOU WILL DOAs Corporate Controller at FPG, you will serve as a key leader within Finance, providing leadership and oversight across the company's global, multi-entity accounting operations while remaining closely connected to the day-to-day work of the team.
- you will set expectations and direction, develop and hold the team accountable, execute through others, and roll up your sleeves when the business needs hands-on support.
- You will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, strengthening accounting processes and controls, and building scalable infrastructure to support the evolving needs of the business.
- You will lead a global accounting organization with team members located across multiple countries and time zones and support the accounting needs of a multi-entity organization.
- You will oversee financial and management reporting, technical accounting and revenue recognition, cash forecasting, treasury, accounting operations, and financial controls.
- You will lead the financial close process, partnering closely with the Assistant Controller and accounting team to ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
- Because the team operates globally, success in this role requires flexibility and the ability to connect with and lead team members across different working hours when needed.
- You will also play a critical role in advancing the Finance function through automation, systems optimization, and process improvement.
- You will identify opportunities to reduce manual work, strengthen controls, improve integrations, and create more efficient and scalable ways of working—then lead the team through execution and adoption.
