Salary: $100,000 - $125,000

Are you an experienced Accounts Payable leader ready to take ownership of a large-scale operation and drive meaningful transformation? Our client is seeking an Accounts Payable Director to lead a high-volume shared services function, improve efficiencies through automation, and partner with senior leadership across a complex healthcare organization.

- Lead all Accounts Payable operations, including invoice processing, payments, and vendor management
- Develop and mentor AP managers and team members
- Monitor KPIs, productivity, and service levels to ensure operational excellence
- Drive process improvements, automation, and system enhancements
- Strengthen internal controls, compliance, and AP policies
- Partner with cross-functional departments to improve workflows and resolve issues
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
- 7+ years of Accounts Payable or shared services experience
- 3+ years of leadership experience in a high-volume AP environment
- Strong knowledge of AP operations, procure-to-pay processes, and internal controls
- Experience with ERP systems and process improvement initiatives
