As an Accounting Specialist, you'll support multiple business entities and gain hands-on exposure to a variety of accounting functions. Unlike many bookkeeping roles that focus on a narrow set of responsibilities, this Accounting Specialist position provides the opportunity to develop skills across cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll support, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

• Perform bank reconciliations, cash reconciliations, and maintain accurate financial records across multiple entities as the Accounting Specialist
• Process cash receipts, journal entries, and support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities as the Accounting Specialist
• Assist with semi-monthly payroll processing, payroll review, and workers' compensation reporting as the Accounting Specialist
• Import and reconcile POS system data to ensure accurate financial reporting as the Accounting Specialist
• Support month-end close processes and participate in a structured training program that expands responsibilities over time as the Accounting Specialist

• 2+ years of bookkeeping, accounting, or transactional accounting experience
• Experience with bank reconciliations, cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, or payroll
• Strong Excel skills and the ability to maintain accurate financial records in a multi-entity environment

• Structured onboarding and ongoing mentorship
• Exposure to multiple accounting and bookkeeping functions
