• Enter all new and used vehicle purchases into our accounting system.
• Manage dealer trades and intercompany vehicle transfers.
• Handle wholesale vehicle billing, ensuring all paperwork and licenses are in place.
• Keep open communication with sales managers, serving as the go‑to for inventory information.
• Tackle additional projects or tasks as needed.

• High school diploma or GED required;
  Associate’s in Business Admin or Finance is a plus.
• At least one year of accounting or office experience.
• Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office and business/accounting systems.
• Super organized, detail‑obsessed, and able to keep information confidential.
• Strong communicator, confident on phone and clear in email.
• Bonus points for automotive experience or familiarity with CDK.
