Senior Accountant – Hospitality Operations​/Revenue & Treasury

The Senior Accountant – Hospitality Operations is responsible for supporting day-to-day accounting operations across a diverse hospitality portfolio, including restaurants and hotels. This role oversees revenue reconciliation, cash and banking activity, accounts receivable, treasury reporting, gift cards, chargebacks, payroll interfaces, and sales and use tax processes. The Senior Accountant plays a key role in the monthly financial close by preparing journal entries, reconciling balance sheet accounts, reviewing P&Ls, and investigating variances.

The position requires close collaboration with property operations, events, sales, payroll, and corporate finance teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and internal cash controls.

• Reconcile daily restaurant and hotel revenue from POS and operating systems.
• Manage cash and treasury functions including daily bank reconciliations and cash-handling controls.
• Oversee accounts receivable, invoicing for events, and collection efforts.
• Manage chargebacks, gift card reconciliations, and sales/use tax filings for multiple states.
• Lead month-end close activities including journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Analyze P&L variances and participate in financial review calls with leadership.
