Executive Assistant to the Co-Founders

We are hiring an Executive Assistant to support our Co-Founders during an exciting phase of growth. This is a high-trust, high-judgment role designed for someone who brings strong common sense, moves quickly, and executes at a high standard with professionalism and positive energy.
This is not a traditional administrative role. It’s an opportunity to become a true right hand — creating leverage, protecting time, and keeping priorities aligned.
What This Role Is Really AboutThis role exists to create clarity, momentum, and execution for the Co-Founders.
You will anticipate needs, solve problems independently, and ensure follow-through without constant direction. You’re comfortable making decisions, managing details, and keeping things moving forward in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Core Responsibilities- Provide day-to-day executive support to the Co-Founders
- Manage high-priority follow-ups
- Own inbox management and prioritization using strong judgment
- Track action items and ensure commitments are executed fully
- Coordinate internal and external communications with professionalism
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Support recruiting, client, and project-related initiatives as needed
- Identify gaps, streamline processes, and improve how things run
- Maintain organization, alignment, and momentum across priorities
- Exceptional judgment and common sense (non-negotiable)
- Fast learner who figures things out quickly and independently
- High standards for quality, accuracy, and professionalism
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Clear, confident communicator — written and verbal
- Proactive mindset with strong follow-through
- Positive, solutions-oriented energy
- Comfortable working directly with founders and senior leaders
