Overview
A well-established and growing hospitality organization is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative, operational, and strategic support to its President. This newly created role is critical to supporting executive leadership while also assisting with coordination and oversight tied to the development and launch of an additional property within the portfolio.
This position requires exceptional organization, discretion, professionalism, and the ability to manage complex priorities in a fast-paced, executive environment. The Executive Assistant will serve as a key liaison between the President, internal departments, and external partners, ensuring seamless communication, follow-through, and alignment across multiple initiatives.
Compensation & Benefits: $60,000 – $80,000 base, medical and dental coverage (75% employer paid after waiting period), 401k with 6% match, PTO, personal and sick days, paid holidays, life insurance, STD/LTD, and more. Local candidates are strongly preferred.
Must-Haves- 5+ years of Executive Assistant or senior administrative experience supporting executive leadership.
- Experience in hospitality, real estate development, construction coordination, HOA/community management, or multi-property environments strongly preferred.
- Exceptional organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with extreme attention to detail.
- Professional judgment, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information with the utmost care.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project coordination tools.
- Task-oriented, mature, confident, and highly professional demeanor.
- Manage the President’s calendar, travel, meetings, correspondence, and shifting priorities with precision and discretion.
- Prepare executive reports, presentations, agendas, and briefing materials.
- Serve as a trusted gatekeeper, handling confidential matters and ensuring timely follow-through.
- Support the coordination of a new property development from planning through operational launch.
- Track project timelines, milestones, contracts, and deliverables across internal teams and external partners.
- Maintain organized documentation and manage approval workflows related to development initiatives.
- Act as liaison between executive leadership and departments, including operations, finance, marketing, HR, and legal.
- Facilitate meetings, document action items, and ensure accountability to completion.
- Assist with aligning processes, SOPs, and operational standards across properties.
- Maintain executive files, records, and systems with exceptional organization and accuracy.
- Represent the President and organization with professionalism in all internal and external interactions.
