Position: Recruiter - Office Assistant for a Blue Collar Temp Staffing Company

Job Description

We are looking for a competent Office Assistant-Recruiter to help with the organization and assisting with the daily recruiting operations of the company. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.

Bilingual in Spanish is required
.

Must be able to read /write and converse in English.

Responsibilities
  • Assist associates in ways that optimize recruiting procedures.
  • Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner.
  • Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information.
  • Schedule and plan appointments for candidates.
  • Monitor level of temp employees and handle shortages.
  • Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues.
  • Coordinate with staff to ensure compliance with established policies have been met.
  • Maintain trusting relationships with, customers and colleagues.
  • Perform receptionist duties, and all other various duties when needed.
Skills
  • Proven experience as a back-office assistant, office assistant, or in another relevant administrative role (Temp Staffing).
  • Knowledge of “WORKING THE PHONES"
  • Working knowledge of FINDING AND VETTING CANDIDATES from job boards and other sources!!!
  • Thorough understanding of office management procedures, follow up, Job Boards.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • This positions requires you to fill positions for our clients
    . This position offers an hourly wage as well as quarterly bonuses.

This position is NOT for a Day Labor company.
You must be comfortable working in all environments blue and whit collar.

You must be able to attend networking functions when needed.

You MUST have reliable transportation.

Normal working hours are from 8am-5pm M-F.
