Overview
Administrative Assistant
Location - Orlando, FL | Hybrid
Pay - $20 - $21/hr
We are seeking a friendly and professional Administrative Assistant for our client's team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
Responsibilities- Support appraisal workflow and perform limited reviews of residential appraisals.
- Communicate with appraisers and internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with appraisal regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate data entry and reporting through computer systems.
- Stay informed on real estate market trends.
- Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and complete tasks.
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s preferred.
- 2+ years of general work experience (supervisory, logistics, or scheduling a plus).
- Strong communication, attention to detail, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency with email, Word, Excel; CRM experience preferred (Salesforce, Encompass, Valu Trac).
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible, team-oriented, and able to work overtime when needed.
