Sr On‑Site Service Specialist – Hospitality & Office Services

3 months (temp to hire)

Shift options: 7:00 am–4:00 pm, 8:00 am–5:00 pm, 9:00 am–5:00 pm.

Weekend availability required.

Driving up to 5 miles may be required.

Background check and drug test are required upon offer.

• Operate high-volume duplicating equipment, perform associated copying tasks, and operate high-volume document imaging equipment and related software.
• Operate high-volume mail management systems.
• Generate reports for digital printing, imaging, and mail systems.
• Ship and receive product and supplies; sort, distribute, and handle incoming and outgoing mail/faxes, and apply necessary postage.
• Provide copier maintenance and/or repair of customer site equipment.
• Perform bindery, QC and final check, housekeeping, file services, call center representative, and reception duties.
• Perform various building support functions related to meeting set client and light maintenance.
• Operate high-volume copy machines and perform binding and finishing work.
• Operate high-volume document imaging systems.
• Operate document image handling software.
• Operate MS Office and Email systems for opening, sending, and retrieving files.
• Open, save, and transfer PC files based on established protocols.
• Access document management systems via established protocols.
