Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for an Accounting Assistant located in Orlando, FL. In this role, you’ll be a key part of our operations—handling billing and invoicing, maintaining accurate records, and communicating with customers to keep everything running smoothly. If you enjoy working behind the scenes, solving small puzzles, and keeping systems on track, this could be a great fit.
What You’ll Do:- Scan checks for multiple entities and perform accurate data entry
- Process credit card payments for clients invoices as necessary
- Review email delivery failure to make sure clients are receiving emails
- Communicate with customers and vendors via phone and email
- Keep database up to date with delinquent client information
- Assist with accounts receivable email and phone calls support as needed
- Help maintain organized records and internal documentation
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in Quick Books software, preferred
- Previous Accounting experience preferred
- Excellent phone and written communication skills
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational habits
- Understanding of accounting principles
- Ability to work independently and with a team environment
