Job Description
  • Organize and maintain project records, files, and correspondence.
  • Copy project documentation as requested.
  • Coordinate meeting schedules.
  • Serve as liaison between human resources and project team members by supporting the new hire process and processing required paperwork.
  • Assist with craft hiring, reviewing and documenting walk‑in applications for interviews or logging for Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO).
  • Prepare and schedule office activities such as travel arrangements, business meetings and appointments.
  • Work with project management team to resolve issues that arise with projects or clients.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 3 years of related experience.
  • Domestic and/or international travel may be required (frequency contingent on duties).
  • Equivalent additional directly related experience is considered in lieu of a degree.
Driver’s License Requirements

An appropriate and valid driver’s license is required.

20%

Skills and Abilities
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to interact with varying levels of staff, as well as vendors.
  • Ability to work with many people simultaneously and to process a large volume of requests.
  • Good personal computer skills including proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
  • Solid organizational skills to balance and prioritize work.
