Up to $17.00/hour
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Payroll Administrator to join our team in Orlando, FL. This onsite contract role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about ensuring payroll accuracy and providing excellent customer service.
The Payroll Administrator will support timecard review and correction processes, ensuring associates are paid accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities
• Research and resolve timecard discrepancies for associates in California
• Identify and correct timekeeping errors, including missed punches
• Partner with leaders and HR to gather required documentation for payroll corrections
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll adjustments
• Maintain strong follow-up to meet deadlines
• Provide excellent customer service to internal associates
• Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
• High School Diploma or GED required
• 6 months of payroll experience preferred (not required)
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Familiarity with time and attendance systems (e.g., Kronos or Workforce Management) is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
