About Restaurant Partners Procurement (RPP) Restaurant Partners Procurement (RPP) is a full-service supply chain division of the Buyers Edge Platform. Our experienced team supports multi-unit restaurant brands through procurement, contract management, and operational expertise. We partner closely with our clients to deliver cost savings, supply chain efficiency, and best-in-class service while fostering a collaborative and people-first culture.

This position is based out of our Orlando, FL office 3 - 4 days a week. We are unable to offer work sponsorship for this role.

The Workplace Experience Manager & Executive Assistant is a manager-level role responsible for overseeing the day-to-day workplace experience for the RPP Orlando office while providing executive administrative support to the President of RPP and the broader Executive Leadership Team. This role plays a key part in creating a professional, engaging, and efficient office environment and serves as a trusted administrative partner to leadership.

The position works cross-functionally with Office Managers across the Buyers Edge Platform to ensure alignment, consistency, and the sharing of best practices across locations.

Your impact:

Weekly & Monthly Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and order in-office team lunches.
  • Order and replenish office snacks and beverages.
  • Manage coffee machine supplies and place monthly orders with Canteen.
  • Maintain inventory and order general office supplies.
  • Coordinate lunch arrangements for monthly team meetings.
  • Track and execute monthly birthday and work anniversary acknowledgments.

Facilities, Events & Employee Experience

  • Coordinate facility maintenance, repairs, vendor access, and building accommodations.
  • Schedule and manage shared conference room reservations within the office building.
  • Plan and execute office events, team activities, and celebrations.
  • Support HR with employee engagement and culture initiatives.
  • Prepare welcome baskets and support onboarding for new team members.
  • Set up, maintain, and manage dedicated spaces such as the Mental Health Room and Lactation/Breastfeeding Room.
  • Serve as the primary onsite point of contact for visitors, vendors, and building partners.
  • Provide executive administrative support to the President of RPP and administrative support to the broader Executive Leadership Team.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics across multiple stakeholders.
  • Organize executive meetings, leadership meetings, and planning sessions.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, materials, and track action items.
  • Draft, proofread, and distribute internal communications on behalf of leadership.
  • Coordinate executive travel, meeting logistics, and expense reporting as needed.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Support special projects and ad hoc requests as assigned by leadership.

Marketing, Events & Communications Support

  • Provide logistical and administrative support for client conferences and events.
