Position: Administrative Assistant 2
Description We are looking for a skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team in Orlando, Florida. In this role, you will provide essential support by managing clerical tasks, coordinating communication, and ensuring organizational efficiency. This is a long-term contract position that offers an excellent opportunity to grow in a detail-oriented environment while contributing to a dynamic workplace.

Responsibilities:

- Manage office operations, including ordering supplies, maintaining records, and overseeing basic bookkeeping tasks.

- Prepare and distribute invoices, reports, memos, financial statements, and other official documents.

- Organize and retrieve corporate files, records, and reports to ensure seamless access to information.

- Communicate effectively with vendors and stakeholders to address inquiries and maintain detail-oriented relationships.

- Utilize computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Yardi to complete administrative tasks efficiently.

- Conduct research to support organizational projects and decision-making processes.

- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while ensuring accurate documentation.

- Coordinate correspondence and distribute faxes to ensure timely and clear communication.

- Support property management functions by assisting with accounting tasks and vendor communication.

- Perform photocopying, scanning, and other clerical duties to facilitate daily operations. Requirements - Proven verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach.

- Strong ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience in maintaining organized and confidential records.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and familiarity with Yardi software.

- Self-motivated and quick learner with a proactive attitude.

- Background in accounting or property management is preferred but not required.

- High school diploma or equivalent is required, with 2-4 years of relevant experience.

- Strong interpersonal skills to build detail-oriented relationships and collaborate effectively. Talent Match®
